I stayed for one night, and it was not a pleasant experience. The room lacked cleanliness, with dirty surfaces and even dead cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly set up, with weak water pressure and unhygienic conditions. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I didn't receive any breakfast despite needing to leave early.

With beautiful grounds filled with trees, fresh fruits, and pools, the friendly service made our stay enjoyable! The food was delightful too, especially the quesadillas!

Sadly, the conditions of the animals were concerning, with inadequate cages and unhygienic conditions.

We had a nice stay with spacious rooms and beautiful grounds where we saw monkeys and enjoyed fresh mangoes. Breakfast was delicious, especially the quesadillas baked in a wood oven. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the small, dirty animal cages. it felt mismatched with the lovely property. I would stay here again!

The grounds were stunning, with monkeys and peacocks. Fresh mangoes from the trees! Loved the spacious room too.

Animal cages need serious improvement!!! Also, consider renovating the accommodations as they seemed quite run down and unkempt.

the rooms at pato canales hotel & resort were amazing! i loved the gorgeous grounds with multiple pools. the restaurant was a treat too, open late and serving great food even with few guests. it’s super close to the airport, which was a big plus.
